Yes, your website design is completely free. We will send you the homepage design before you’ve become a member. If you like what we’ve created, you can become a member and we’ll keep moving forward!

You’ll receive your homepage design within 2 business days of submitting your intake form, so keep an eye on your inbox!

If your site requires additional pages or custom features, we’ll contact you to discuss upgrading to a different membership level. This way, we can ensure your website meets all your needs without unexpected costs.

Once you become a member, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request changes. We will make make updates to the homepage as we build the rest of the site, ensuring it fully represents your practice.

Your site will include up to 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog). We offer unlimited edits to these existing pages—whether it’s adding a new blog, changing text, images, videos, or sections. However, adding new pages isn’t part of the Essentials membership.

Members can easily request updates through our member request page, where you’ll find a simple form to submit any changes. You’ll receive a confirmation once we get your request, and all updates are completed within one week. You’ll be notified when the update is done!

Absolutely! We welcome your involvement to the level you’re comfortable with. If you prefer, we can handle all the writing and image selection. Otherwise, you can provide content via the initial member form when you sign up—either way, it’s the same fee.

For text, photo, and embedded video edits, there are no limits—you can make as many revisions as you like! If you have many edits, it may move the launch of the site back briefly. However, things like custom coding or photo editing isn’t included in the Essentials membership.

Hopefully you won't want to leave after having a great experience! However, you can leave at any point without a cancellation fee.
If you decide to cancel, your website will be taken offline and set to private. If you change your mind and decide to rejoin within the renewal date, there’s no charge to reactivate your site. After the renewal date, a $500 restoration fee will apply.

You’ll always retain ownership of your domain. You can change your DNS settings to point your domain to any other website host whenever you choose. This ensures a smooth transition should you need to make changes.

SEO and advanced marketing services will be offered in our future Pro membership. However, all members will receive consistent marketing tips and actionable ideas to help you promote your practice via email.

We’ll do our best to respond promptly, but if you’re delayed in providing necessary feedback, it may result in a lower priority for your requests. We’ll still get it done, but it may take longer to complete your updates.

Yes! We know most therapist practices use specialized tools like EMR systems, and we can absolutely incorporate those—provided they have web platforms that integrate with Squarespace. We’re also happy to add tools like scheduling systems (e.g., Acuity, Calendly) to ensure your site works seamlessly with your practice's needs.
